San Clemente Author Adam Collings
will share his knowledge and respect for Father Junipero Serra, ofm
Thursday, November 21 at 6 p.m. in the Mission Basilica, San Juan Capistrano.
ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY
are invited to join Mr. Collings in the Basilica on the eve of JSerra's birth,
to listen as this best selling author reads from his newest soon to be released book,
"California/West of the West;"
and sheds new light upon Spain's last great and, perhaps most controversial "crusader."
This reading is being hosted by the Mission Docent Society,
for whom a private reception
will be held afterwards in the Historic Soldier's Barracks.
